Advanced Ultrasonic Toothbrush With Uv Sanitizer

Philips Sonicare HealthyWhite Rech. Electric Toothbrush Review

But overall pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. This is me first Sonicare Toothbrush, purchased at the recommendation of my dentist about six months ago.Not only have I seen a dramatic increase on my gums health but it really has helped in keeping my teeth white.Setup was a breeze and the charging base is really compact as to also be used during traveling. The only downside I can think of is that it only comes with one traveling pack.I bought this set and my wife and I did not want to be switching heads continuously, having only one traveling pack it forces you to do that or to buy a separate pack.Charge is good for about one-two weeks using three times a day which is great for traveling as well.I would definitely buy this product again.

Philips Sonicare E Series 6-pack Replacement Brush Heads Electric Toothbrush Review

This was the best price per brush head I could find.

If you know SoniCare, you know how awesome they are. Will never go back. Will never consider a rotating electric brush.

I was going to buy more, since I stocked up on brush handles. However, the brush handles have one issue–after about a year, some of them stop holding a charge.I heard a similar complaint from someone else.So I am evaluating my options.

I hope to buy many more of these six packs–if the handles last sufficiently long.

Philips Sonicare Healthy White Electric Toothbrush Handle – Bulk Package Review

My Sonicare flexcare brush died after 2 years. I did not want to invest another $120, so I looked for other suitable low cost replacements. Since I never really used or cared for all the fancy features of my previous brush, this Healthy White model was just what I needed. At $60 less, it was a no brainer. Plus, this Healthy White model was the newest in the line. I did not need the charger or brush heads either…I still had them. Why pay for what you don’t need? My new toothbrush arrived quickly and as described. You also get a registration card for the warranty. So if you are in need of just an extra handle or replacement handle, I recommend this item. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Philips Sonicare HX6711/02 HealthyWhite 710 Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush Review

The batteries on my old Sonicare Elite (E-series) died on me, so I decided to get a new one.The R710 has several incremental upgrades which are worth the difference in price.

First and foremost, like the FlexCare line, it uses the ProResults head. This alone is worth the price difference. They snap in easily, they cost less, and the handle traps much less gunk than before.Sold.I’m still waiting to see how long they last, my guess is about the same.

In addition to the regular cleaning cycle, the R710 has a second cycle designed to scrub away stains. It’s selected by pushing the power button twice. In this mode, the 5th (last) interval of the normal cycle is pulsed in a way that’s supposed to break up stains on your visible teeth.Note that after this interval, the brush stops. If you still want to brush your tongue or concentrate on hard-to-reach areas, you’ll have to push the power button again.

The R710 now also comes with a Li-ion battery, meaning a noticeable decrease in weight as well an increase in battery life. The charger is about half the size of the Elite’s, but it doesn’t have anywhere to wrap the cord like the deluxe charger on the Flexcare. It comes with a little plate that holds two extra heads though. The charge indicator is a simple LED.If it’s blinking, it’s below 50%; if it’s solid, then it’s above.Maybe not as informative or fun to watch as the Elite or FlexCare, but it does the job.

In short, if you want a good basic Sonicare, this is the one to get.It has all the great redesigned features of the FlexCare but less of the (IMO gimmicky) extra routines and modes. If you have sensitive teeth, check out the R732.For an extra $20, it also comes with a few extra accessories like a case and deluxe charger.

UPDATE (1/5/2011): My Sonicare failed a few days before the 2-year warranty expired. It powered on, but the action gradually weakened over a week, until the brush head no longer moved at all.

Following a short call, Philips promptly sent out a new HX6730 handle along with a return mailer for the defective unit. Great support, as long as you’re within the warranty period.

Philips Sonicare UV Sanitizer Electric Toothbrush Review

Here’s the quick read: start DENTIST clean every day.

The basic Sonicare uses UV light to really clean SELECTED toothbrush heads. If you’ve already dropped over a hundred bucks on a Sonicare E toothbrush, this tiny, vertical cleaner is a gem of a product and works! Tap and leave operation, I’m impressed and very happy BUT it is limited to a small range of products and I strongly recommend that you make sure that it fits your heads (but in truth, it works for both my Sonicare heads and my wife’s brand, but with this, if it doesn’t fit, get a new toothbrush that does!).

This is a UV cleaner: LIGHT! No big sloppy mess. I’ve always just washed off my toothbrush but WOW! what a difference, and for the investment, a really smart solution that we really like. You get one set of teeth and gums: treat them like you treasure them. This sells for around $50; that’s nothin’ compared to dental problems.

Hope it lasts for a while!
